Since I was young, I’ve always felt at home in nature. Growing up on a small farm surrounded by bushland, I was fortunate to spend most of my time outdoors. Reflecting on this, I feel very grateful for having developed this connection at such an early age.

As I grew older, my love and connection with nature evolved into a deeper curiosity about plants and fungi. In recent years, personal experiences profoundly shifted my mindset and awareness, illuminating a new path that aligned with my values. My connection with fungi deepened, my fascination intensified, and they soon became my passion. I began immersing myself in research, drawing inspiration from the likes of Paul Stamets, Terence McKenna, Michael Pollan, and Graham Hancock. Stamets, in particular, sparked my interest in the significant role that edible and beneficial mushrooms can have on one's health. The more I researched, the more passionate I became.

In 2021, I completed a Permaculture Design Course (PDC), which reinforced my aspirations to build a brand that could one day allow me to pursue my dreams. By late 2022, it was time to put the plan into action.

Stoned Ape Alchemy embodies everything I stand for. My passion for fungi, combined with my commitment to health, nutrition, and longevity, represents the mycelium growing beneath the surface, building the foundation for life to flourish. The brand, Stoned Ape Alchemy, represents the mushroom itself, the fruit of my labor.
